As a CNA at the Tremont Health And Rehabilitation center, I take care of elderly residents and i am to get up/ put residents to bed. I am responsible for assisting the residents with their daily living activities like bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. I also monitor their vital signs, observe their physical and emotional condition, and report any changes to the nursing staff. A big part of the job is providing companionship and emotional support, making sure residents feel safe and comfortable. I also help with mobility, transferring residents, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

While I was a pizza shop worker it involved a variety of tasks like greeting customers, taking their orders either in person or over the phone. Customer service is a big part of the job. I would handle payments, answer questions, and address any concerns or complaints with a friendly attitude. Also we would maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, making sure everything is up to health and safety standards. It's a fast-paced job that requires teamwork and attention to details.
