• I work for a small business that sells baked goods, coasters, jewelry and art.
• I help drive sales by showcasing our baked goods and merchandise to approaching customers.
• I kept a friendly and polite environment and help with customer needs, answering whatever questions they have to help drive sales.

I sell baked goods from time to time. I am currently working on growing my business to be able to sell baked goods, jewelry and art at farmers markets and events.

• My job as a Walmart employee was mainly to take the groceries to peoples car and load them up.
• I would also work inside the store ‘picking’, I would walk around the store getting groceries and bag them up.
• Along that I would help create a welcoming environment for customers by being attentive to their needs and keeping a friendly and respectful attitude.
• I am bilingual so I was often called over by my team leads or other associates to help translate for them. This often put me in a leadership role when it came to dealing with Spanish speaking customers or delivery drivers.
• I worked in a fast paced environment and learned to multitask and time manage in a chaotic and challenging environment. Dealing with issues as they rose and working hard to meet deadlines.
• I would answer the phone and deal with customer issues and needs to the best of my ability. If I could not meet their needs I would find the nearest team lead or manager that could better assist them.
• I would help my colleagues when they needed it and kept a friendly and polite manner.
