I really do care about enhancing customer satisfaction. Being a great communicator is an important trait of mine. I excel in high-pressure environments, ensuring efficiency and positive outcomes. My strong sense of self, and professionalism have consistently improved over my years of employment, and I have faith they will continue to do so.
At the body shop, I have learned very basic body work skills. Such as mixing filler, paint, and primer. I have contributed to the shops appearance by maintaining clean work areas, and making sure tools were working properly. I've learned how to sand, and remove parts to vehicles. While demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, I am able to identify issues, and find a repair process quickly.
Wendy's was my first job in the food industry. At Wendy's, I have learned all skills from opening to closing. I've assisted with day-to-day operations of the store, such as making sandwiches, preparing vegetables, and taking orders, while working with other team members. Learning is important to me, and here I learned a lot. I learned how to remain calm under stress, and how to adapt into a fast-paced environment. Here I also learned good critical thinking skills, to break down problems, and make good choices quickly when needed. I have learned excellent customer service skills when it comes to greeting customers, making them feel welcomed, never rushed. I also handled money at registers. All of this while developing, and maintaining healthy relationships with my co-workers making the place a fun, and professional environment to everybody.
At Walmart, I started off in apparel. At the time, it was too slow-paced for me, so I got moved to a stocker in the home goods, and grocery sections. I removed items from boxes, scanned them, and made sure they were being put up in the correct areas cleanly, and quickly. I maintained proper storage for overstock items, keeping the backroom organized, and accessible for other team members, and general future use. I arranged shelves making them more aesthetic, and clean for customer satisfaction.
At Bubba's Pizza, I am a line cook. While working in this face-paced environment, I have learned to prepare food such as pasta, and pizza. At Bubba's, I have trained other staff members encouraging communication, and positivity. I have also learned more importance of communicating with your team to make sure orders are getting made, and handed out correctly, and quickly, in order to satisfy customers.
