Enter patient data into computer, obtain retinal images on diabetic patients scheduled in outpatient clinic with their primary care provider, transmit images to National Reading Center in Phoenix, Arizona, consult with optometrist on abnormal images, maintain records and records and report, schedule appointments for follow ups, maintain equipment by coordinating with Joslin Vision Network representatives for trouble shooting camera issues, retrieve Joslin Vision Network reports weekly, reviews are reviewed by optometrist an returned to medical records for scanning, assist in closing out consults in Electronic Health Records, fit and adjust frames, replace nose pads on glasses if needed or requested by patient, and preform other duties assigned.

Log vital signs into computer, restock/ order supplies, review schedule appointments, set up exam rooms, educate patient on foot care, translate for Tohono O'odham speaking patients for medical personnel, assist in minor surgery/set up, and assist with monthly shoe clinic.

Vital signs, assist patients to lab, X-ray and inpatient ward, transport charts to pharmacy and medical records, call and route patients to exams rooms, enter labs for providers, assist nurses by entering immunizations into computer, restock/order supplies, obtain Joslin Vision Network images, set up exam rooms for Well Child and Women's Health clinic, and translate for Tohono O'odham speaking patients for medical personnel.

Provide personal care and assist with activity of daily living, bathing, dressing, feeding, pass out food trays, transfer to and from bed or chair, pass and empty bedpans, urinals, take and record vital signs, assist in ambulation, make beds and changed linens, answer call bells and made rounds, reposition residents in bed or chair, provide post mortem care and record in chart.

Transport patients to clinic for appointment, deliver medication, assist in work shops, vital signs and perform glucose testing.
