As a shift lead / manager responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, providing excellent customer service, ensuring proper merchandising and inventory control, caring for animals, educating customers, maintaining store standards, and reporting to management. This encompasses tasks such as opening and closing the store, scheduling and training employees, assisting customers, stocking shelves, managing inventory, caring for pets under our care, creating designated meals for reptiles, fish, and small animals, hosting educational events, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing regular updates on store performance.
