  • Teamed up with Learning to build a Quicksight to track in AA rates in a quartile formatting and highlights who has the biggest Return of investment (ROI)
  • Created a new cadence in pre planning a shift that was adopted by Super Central and Super East.
  • Inherited High Risk ER station in fall of 2022 that was ranked 585 WW Scorecard. After Peak, it was ranked in top 100 and no longer a High Risk ER site.
  • In March of 2023, I supported a Sub Super Region with 32 sites that was ranked last in DEA and Cost of the 13 sub regions. Partnered with 4 L8s and their Regional Director was able to hit #1 in Cost and #4 in DEA by July of 2023.
  • Received a personal message from Doug Herrington and John Felton for my performance in AMZL.
