Working with the largest TPA in various positions through out the years I have gained much knowledge in the healthcare industry.

I have reviewed enrollments, helped members transition to Medicare and enroll into Cobra. I have discussed situations as to why medical procedure or RX isn't covered.

Training new employees on our systems and maintaining a relationship where they are comfortable coming to me guidance. Reviewing their work periodically and ensuring that processes are correct.

With Union groups following CBA guidelines it is imperative that this is followed. Either by additional programming requests or just a clear understanding of the Plan.
