Studying architecture had been something I thought of since childhood, I studied two years in El Paso Community College and two years in Texas Tech University where i got my degree. In school I acquired several basic skills such as critical thinking, effective group work, good communication, time managing and I Iearned how to use them in the architecture field.
My current main goal is to acquire as much experience in the architecture/construction field as possible, build strong connections with experienced people and one day get my architecture license. I am currently studying a master degree in construction management as part of the civil engineering field which will help me have a stronger understanding of the processes and procedures that take place during the construction administration phase of a project.
I learned how to use architecture softwares in a professional field such as Revit and AutoCad. also acquired experience working with architects, other interns and treating with clients, this gave me the opportunity to develop new skills solving problems that architects deal with in the field.
