- Manage projects ranging from $1,000 to $300,000, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and fully aligned with the scope of work.
- Conduct comprehensive quality control (QC) inspections for all trades to guarantee proper installation, code compliance, workmanship quality, and punch-list accuracy.
- Report daily and weekly progress to ownership, regional managers, property managers, and maintenance supervisors, providing clear updates, completion percentages, and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule material deliveries, equipment rentals (telehandlers, dumpsters, lifts), vendor appointments, and subcontractor tasks to keep projects running efficiently.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple apartment complexes, ensuring smooth communication between construction teams, management, maintenance, and ownership groups.
- Resolve on-site issues quickly by identifying deficiencies, coordinating needed repairs, and adjusting manpower or materials to avoid delays.
- Assist the estimating team by gathering field measurements, documenting existing conditions, taking photos, and writing detailed scope notes for upcoming bids.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean, organized work environment across all job sites.
