Franklin Montano

Operations And Leadership Strategist
Alexandria,VA

Summary

Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of leading military operations at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels. I began my journey as an enlisted soldier and have since risen to the rank of Captain, gaining a wealth of experience in leadership, strategy, and operations management along the way. Additionally, my civilian role at the Pentagon has allowed me to develop critical skills in business transformation, organizational development, and strategic planning.

As I embark on this new career path, I am particularly interested in exploring opportunities in roles such as Business Transformation Developer, Leadership/Operations Strategist, Director of Operations, Organizational Transformation Manager, and Executive Leader.
