was one of four priest ministering in 4 different parishes in the North West corner of Arkansas where we prepared the parishes to welcome the immigrant Latino population into the church and trained the local clergy in cultural and liturgical practices of said population.

Promote, recruit and interview possible candidates to the priesthood.

• Oversee the care and maintenance of all buildings on the campus
• Participate as a member of local organizing ministries
• Oversee the finances of the parishes
• Collaborate with the Daughters of Charity in the maintenance and running of the parroquial school
