

I manage a monthly throughput of 8 to 12 concurrent projects across multiple sites. On the financial side, I execute and control an active portfolio over USD 8M, which means tight change control, PO tracking, and cost discipline to protect margin and delivery. Operationally, I coordinate 40 to 60 people across vendors, subs, and field teams, so my daily KPIs are schedule performance, turnaround time on approvals and POs, reporting cadence, and closeout quality. The goal is simple: deliver on time, keep the paperwork clean, and avoid surprises.
