• Navigate routes efficiently using the Postmates app and GPS tools
• Ensure items are delivered in good condition, on time, and according to customer instructions
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns during deliveries
• Maintain your vehicle and ensure it is in good working condition for deliveries
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Communicate with customers and Postmates support as needed for issue resolution

• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, ensuring comfort and security throughout the journey
• Assist patients in and out of vehicles, as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols while on the road
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and medical staff
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies for patient transport
• Maintain accurate records of patient pickups, drop-offs, and travel times
• Assist with lifting or transferring patients to and from the vehicle if required, using proper safety techniques
• Adhere to all company policies and HIPAA regulations related to patient confidentiality and safety
