• Install computer systems and ensure they comply with customer requirements
• Refurbish computers and laptops for resale within company standard
• Troubleshoot computer related issues regarding the hardware of the device or the network it resides on
• Create T-568 A and B cables for custom wiring
• Routed cables through buildings to give access to new rooms needed by clients
• Work on and maintain servers such as Windows Active Directory, create virtual machines on Hyper-V, hard drive replacement, data backups on external drives, and troubleshooting server issues
• Comply with HIPPA within my realm of responsibility
• Communicate professionally business to business for a majority of business interactions
• Clean and maintain printers such as Ricoh, Lexmark, Kyocera, Konica Minolta, Epson, HP, and Cannon.
• Troubleshoot printer malfunctions like jams and component failure
• Refurbish and repair broken printer components like developer, drum, rollers, and fusers
• Install printers onto networks and domains
• Set up and configure faxes, scan to folder, and scan to email
• Provide remote support when the situation can be resolved by such method

Law Enforcement:

• Conduct patrols in designated areas to surveil for suspicious behavior or to assist people in need
• Initiate traffic stops for traffic violations
• Guide traffic
• Manned base entry points to provide 24/7 force protection, reviewing identifications, searching vehicles, and verifying deliveries prior to entrance to secure areas.

Combat Support

• Maintain and organize defensive positions
• Deploying ECPs to conduct and inspect flow of traffic for allies and civilians
• Engage enemy contact upon reaching established ECP and inspecting incoming personnel for suspicious cargo/intent
• Support combat MOSs by securing MSRs and ASRs

• Maintained Isles within lumber department and assist elsewhere needed.
• Ensure that customers needing help with lumber are taken care of so their shopping experience is quick and easy.
• Used in-store system to locate inventory and place special orders for customers.
