I have been working for tray for going on 5 years now and have been driving for them for about 2. It is an amazing company with even more amazing benefits and opportunity's. But recently it has been taking a toll on my body and on mind. Delivering to DC and Baltimore everyday is very strenuous. From sitting in traffic delays to dealing with not the best drivers it has taught me patience and acceptance and being calm and collected while in high stress environment. But recently my patience seems to be running thin from the over load of delivery's, me being the sole driver now and the heat has felt worse then other years. I love sunny days and working outside don't get me wrong , but when pushing around a cart carrying 100+ lbs in 90+ degree heat multiple times a day for 7-8 hours a day it will ware anyone down. One of the main reasons i am searching for a new job is to get away from the big cites and move back to my home town, but also am searching for something i have yet to try to gain new skills, tasks, learn new job responsibility's and to further work experiences. I am a very dedicated, honest , loyal, hardworking, responsible employee who if given the chance will not let your company down, but help it grow into a better business. I am not one of the employees who doesn't take a job serious just because it isn't a career. I treat every opportunity like im responsible for the outcome of the company and if i fail that means the company fails.
