Primarily use desktop aerial review to include new building additions/improvements and extra features and determine the quality of structure or building construction.

Inspect and compile records to produce a working sketch if none on file.

• Train new incoming Courtroom Clerks, provide coverage and floated to other divisions

• Answer inquiries from the general public regarding judicial procedures, court appearances and trial dates.
• Maintain court dockets and update disposition of cases after court hearings and trials.
• Use CJIS to prepare dockets or calendars of cases.
