  • Managed relationships with subcontractors, Owners and Owners representatives at Hunt / Jacobs
  • Managed the closeout process and ensured all subcontractors completed all scope and change order work
  • Worked with City of Phoenix, Maricopa County and County health Department to ensure we addressed all concerns until we achieved certificate of occupancy
  • Maintained a good relationship with the architect during construction and ensured that we built what the architect designed all the way through punch list
  • After the project was complete, I stayed on to complete an additional CMAR contract for total project value of $138 million worth of construction

  • While working for Hoffman Construction my primary roll was MEP Project Manager, I was responsible for all MEP subcontractors and scope for Intel cleanroom, data room and support building construction

  • I eventually transitioned into the Commissioning Manager where I was responsible for all elements of construction and ensure QA/QC, Intel specifications and commissioning all civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing
  • And ensure we meet Intel's exacting standards
