At Teleperformance, I work as a Social Media Moderator tasked with applying the appropriate violation title and policies to the videos and comments in order to keep the platform a safe and positive enviroment for the users. Throughput my tenure, I have been able to assist other moderators through floorwalking and answering any questions that they may have in order to improve accuracy.
GC Services LP is a Customer Service Call Center, I originally was a team member whom
processed calls in order to assist FedEx’ customers to the best of my capabilities. I tracked
shipments, scheduled pickups, as well as other objectives. Throughout my tenure with GC
Services LP, I became a Unit Manager, in which I managed a team in order to process the best
calls and assist the client and their customers. I’ve been in this supervisorial position from
2019 to 2022
Great, Giant Adventures being an Event Planning Company, my responsibilities consisted of promoting, speaking with clients, as well as manual labor such as setting up party accessories: tables, speakers, party décor, etc. I was responsible of leading a three person team.
