  • Met with clients, informing them which charges were able to be expunged, and which charges were labeled as discretionary, meaning that it was up to the judge if the charges could be expunged from their record.
  • Assisted in community outreach by educating incarcerated and previously incarcerated individuals about our legal services provided and their legal rights, free of charge.
  • Expunging records gives those the opportunity to change their lives for the better by improving their housing and employment.
