
I have always been interested working in hospitality, while learning and challenging myself with new skills. Having worked many years in hospitality/customer service. I always look for ways to improve guests’ experience and have become a true problem solver. I adapt well to my environment and love working with a team. I take great pride in my desire to always present myself in the most professional, polished and helpful manner while adapting and adjusting to changing priorities. I have always enjoyed providing guests’ a great experience wherever I work. I understand that the front office department sets the tone for the entire organization/guest experience and how pivotal this role is for any company.
