I completed over 40 hours of clinicals at Palmyra Nursing Home at 1904 Palmyra Road Albany, Ga 31701 on November 2024. 

During clinicals I treated the residents with care and compassion while providing a clean and safe environment for their health and satisfaction. I assisted residents with daily care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, and ambulating. I documented vital signs and reported any changes in resident behaviors to the nursing staff. I also documented the intakes and outputs. 

At Guided Hands Academy I successfully completed my Phlebotomy Course from March 2024- May 2024. I received my Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification with the National Healthcare Association on May 14th 2024. In class I had hands-on training in venipuncture and specimen collection. And completed over 100 successful blood draws during classroom training with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
