Dogleg's Coffeehouse business owner Dan, provided learning opportunities for our team at the time to dive into the origins behind the espresso bean. Dan set up 4 weekends with The Steeping Room as well as Texas Coffee Roasters in Austin TX for basic barista training and loose leaf tea knowledge. Once we completed those training courses I took it upon myself to further my skills and training. Milk steaming, puck pressing (tamping), lastly machinery knowledge.
