  • With great pride, I am proud to have been serving the citizens of Fulton County for half of my lifetime or 25 years. I initiated my career in June of 1999 as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher and Jail Matron. For 11 years I worked as a dispatcher on midnights and many holidays, with a passion for public safety. When the opportunity arose in December of 2010 to become the interim 911 Director, I took a chance and accepted a position that would become one of the best jobs one could ever imagine. I was given the opportunity to make Fulton County one of the leading interoperability dispatch centers in the STATE of INDIANA.
  • My strong suite is facing challenges and coming up with solutions. I’ve received awards for leading, implementing, coordinating and developing policy and procedures for Communications. Having multiple qualifications has helped excel my abilities for implementing new technology in Public Safety.
  • Certifications, knowledge and experience all make a difference but the most important aspect of any job is understanding the people that help you become a successful team. Dispatch is a stressful beast that strives for perfection and settles for excellence because lives matter!

Sagamore of The Wabash

Honored with one of Indiana's highest civilian honor award by Governor Eric Holcomb for exceptional service and dedication to the community. Remarks from Congressman Rudy Yakym " Gail has really been the tip of the spear here in Fulton County to make sure that services operate seamlessly".
