When I began at DHA I was a float nurse in all Public Health Clinics serving the Metro Denver areas. I held this title for 14 months, then moved to CCS (Central Clinical Support). When assuming this position the nurses collaborated with the Pharmacy department to help manage patient safety in prescription compliance and renewal. This team followed all of the Public Health clinics DHA served.

Pre and Post procedure care/monitoring for patients pain intervention. Collaborated with multidisciplinary team members for a positive and safe outcome.

• Administered patient care, including medication administration and wound management.
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitored vital signs and assessed patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions.
• Educated patients and families on health management and post-discharge care strategies.
