I have several years experience in the Maritime Industry. I have extensive knowledge of the different terminal rules and regulations. I have dealt with the crew and vessels from different countries. This gives me the benefit of knowing the different rules and regulations for each different country; especially when it comes to the different requirements for the COVID. I have the knowledge and experience when it comes to Customs & Border Protection rules and regulations. The experience I have in the transportation side of the maritime industry allows me to have a good foundation to the agency side of the industry. This will allow the company to save time on training and will allow to me the expand on my knowledge of the industry. As someone that has been a transportation driver, dispatcher, operations manager, and customs clearance of in-bond marine spares; I can build on a already solid foundation.

- Set up a Excel Spreadsheet that changes colors based on when a driver/vehicle criteria is about to expire. (for example, the badge expires in 60 days it changes on the board to yellow, when it expires in 30 days it changes to 30 days). This allows us to keep all of our employees/vehicles up to date.

- Set up our freight in Magaya which allowed us to scan freight in and out. This allowed us to use the application to keep track of all our freight coming in/out without manually keeping up with it.

- Automatically audited the invoicing at the company by keeping a excel spreadsheet of all the vessels we had and making it turn colors based on how long it had been before we had sent the invoice. This allowed us to be alerted before 30-60 days if we had not invoiced for the jobs.
