I had a position of leadership as a co-principal violinist of the Florida Youth Symphonic Orchestra. My duty was to lead my peers in the orchestra and serve as a role-model for those who followed my lead. I worked closely with the orchestra's music director to come up with the most efficient strategies for success that involved the violin section.
