As assistant manager i am in charge of customer service, food preparation, cooking and inventory. This position helped solidify the importance of creating and maintaining a positive work environment for the employees under me and the customers we serve.

• Implemented training programs to enhance staff skills and improve service quality.

Working closely with the head of grounds and course maintenance at Montana’s number 1 golf course gave a me a lot of responsibility and outdoor working experience that i thrive in. As a grounds maintenance employee i worked on everything from mowing greens and fairways, to brush clearing tree trimming and removal to maintenance on machines and equipment we used.

As outdoors service manager i was responsible for course maintenance and equipment maintenance. My other responsibilities included customer service, training new employees, scheduling and assisting other departments in many different areas.

Working with FedEx as a package handler was a demanding and valuable experience. Working both day and night shift allowed me to work more hours than my managers expected and taught me how to work best with a diverse and dedicated group of people. I was able to learn the in’s and out’s of the package handling division as well as other facet's of how FedEx operated.
