• Provided trend and forecasting analysis for project headcount, productivity, capital, and conversion of full time employees to hours worked for both internal (14 departments) and contract labor (40 companies).

• Facilitated regulatory reporting to the Illinois Commerce Commission.

• Adjusted and input monthly accruals for incurred expenses; analyzed and ensured accruals were accurate and met department budget.

• Investigated any discrepancies between accrual and actual invoices.

• Assisted with internal change management and process updates within the company for $2.6B plan for advanced metering infrastructure (Smart Meters) in ComEd service territory.
