• Built a sales and marketing customer acquisition pipeline through SalesForce and Pardot, leveraging digital marketing, trade event activities, industry training, and internal prospecting to deliver a 40% year-over-year revenue increase.
• Introduced an equipment leasing program to reduce new dealer capital outlays, getting more equipment in the market, driving more installations that drove increased 'per use' licensing and transaction revenue.
• Built Product Management and Application Engineering functions to support an increased focus on innovation and technical dealer enablement.

• Global P&L responsibility for C2G, a $90M IT and AV cabling and connectivity business unit, with internal Asian production and external sourcing supply chains.
• Relocated the internal production facility from Dongguan, China, to Vietnam, reducing costs on 25% tariff rates and over 10% annual direct labor inflation in China.
• Restructured distribution agreements and incentive programs to drive 200 basis points of gross margin improvement on rapidly increasing sales through IT distribution partners.
• Selected to participate in Legrand's inaugural Global Leaders Development Program as one of the top 15 global succession candidates for higher-level leadership potential.

• P&L responsibility for a $200M data, IT, and AV connectivity business unit, including the Ortronics, C2G, and Quiktron product brands.
• Managed the combined connectivity business through an internal organizational structure change, ultimately leading the C2G piece of business into Legrand's newly formed AV division created with an acquisition of Milestone AV Technology, and transitioning ownership of Ortronics and Quiktron into Legrand's Data Center division.
• Launched a new fiber connectivity enclosure product line to simplify complex data center fiber distribution management

• Led strategy, product management, and engineering functions for Legrand's Data Communications Division.
• Integrated four disparate product management and engineering teams into a shared divisional team structure.

• Led strategy, product management, product marketing, engineering, and tech support for Lastar, a privately held IT and AV connectivity company going to market as C2G.
• Lastar was acquired by Legrand North and Central America in April 2014.
