Gary McLaughlin

As a bartender, I was responsible for waiting on and serving customers. Preparing for the shift and preparing for the shift after mine.

My duties as the manager included

* doing payroll

* preparing and making deposits

* doing orders

* paying some of the accounts receivable

I started as a crew member in May of 1990 at the Nifong Blvd location Worked my way up to 1st asst manager there. Then was promoted to Store Manager at the Ashland location in August 2003.

As a store manager i oversaw all operations of the store.

Including getting the 2nd highest score on my final exam at HU. Hamburger University in Oakbrook, IL
