As the Director of Operations at Residential Reentry Center Programs with Alston Wilkes, I directly oversee four adult residential facilities in Charleston, Columbia, Florence, SC, and Fayetteville, NC. These facilities housed federal offenders through contracts with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. We assist returning citizens with making that transition to being productive community members. Also, I served as a Veteran Aftercare Case Manager for two years, helping Veterans with community resources

• Provided direct guidance and technical oversight for fifteen Residential Reentry Centers and Work Release Centers
• Provided oversight of inter-governmental agreements with NCDOC and 22 USMS Jail facilities
• Served as the Bureau's official Community Liaison Representative for contractual concerns
• Provided NCIC/NLETS clearance to potential hires to the Residential Reentry Centers
• Contracting Officer Technical Representative-COTR certified
• Conducted DOJ- OIA integrity investigation at the Residential Reentry Center and contract USMS Jails
• Conducted in-depth NFPA 101 Life Safety, NFPA 25 Water Based Fire Protection System, NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm and ABA compliance standards at the Residential Reentry Center and Jails.

• Responsible for the operations and programs of Residential Reentry Centers in NC, VA and SC
• Responsible for the oversight of more than twelve hundred offenders in the community
• Cost Center Manager for contracts that exceeded $40 million annually.

• Responsible for Case Management functions for offenders designated to our jurisdiction
• Monitored Center Discipline Committee (CDC) inmate disciplinary process
• Served as the Administrative Remedy Clerk who monitored appeals inmates.

• Interpreted and verified various legal instruments and recommended actions
• Conducted monthly Airlifts and prisoner transport with the United States Marshall Service
