  • Improved and introduced new procedures that would lead the way to a more successful business, by streamlining processes required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
  • Over 300 down games were repaired since joining in 2022, reducing the margin of inoperable machines from around 30% of to just under 1%
  • Leveraged analytical tools to provide insight and enhance performance.
  • Implemented Slot Moves to provide more demanded Slot Themes and improve revue.
