- Senior Vice President: Managed a 20 person Account Management Team which was responsible for the selling, service, and training of our national client base. Established monthly requirements for client contact as well as created various investigative training sessions to be presented to the insurance market place. Presented various trainings to include investigative technique, social media investigations, redflag recognition, surveillance, use of technology for investigations, annual fraud awareness training. Provided executive oversight of several multi-million dollar corporate accounts to ensure established KPI's and trainings are maintained on an annual basis to include annual fraud awareness training, new hire, SIU investigations, and various investigative refresher trainings.
- Vice President: Provided exceptional service to our existing client base in the Western Region. Trained them on new investigative services, technologies, various investigative CE course to include surveillance, background investigations, SIU field investigations. My role was expanded to oversee the Western and Southern Region given my high level performance and client satisfaction.

- Investigator/Case Manager: Started as a field investigator specializing in Surveillance on various types of insurance claims. Was promoted to Case Manager of the Southeastern Region and provided oversight and investigative game plans on every investigation within the region for 25 investigators.
