As a food runner for a popular restaurant chain, I took orders to and from customers and assisted them with any quality-related issues. In the kitchen, I took the food provided by the line cooks and organized it by their designated tables. Complete with sauces and silverware.
As the lead dishwasher for The Bridge, I was in charge of cleaning all cooking related materials in an efficient and timely manner. This included every plate, pan, and even spoon that was used to serve the customer. I was also in charge of returning the dishes to their designated areas for reuse. With any spare time, I was tasked with organizing ingredients and storage and maintenance work around the kitchen.
As a lifeguard for a neighborhood recreation center, I was entrusted to supervise all guests in or around the community pool. I watched for potential hazards and dangers around the area, specifically the safety of children and teenagers. I was also tasked with general pool maintenance and the cleanliness of the pool at all times.
