As a crew trainer I properly train people in the position that they want to be trained in the store. (ex. table in kitchen which is making sandwiches.)

Conducts closing of store which consists of cutting the grill which is cleaning them, sweep n' mop, prep things for the next morning.

• Cleaned and sanitized work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware.
• Measured ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
• Cooked a variety of foods according to customer orders or supervisors' instructions.
• Ensured that all health regulations regarding food handling were followed during preparation process.
• Carried out routine maintenance on kitchen appliances such as dishwashers and stoves.
• Maintained cleanliness of floors in the kitchen area throughout shift.
