- Through knowledge about home loans ,insurance and e2e home buying process.
- Currently managing QA team with 6 offshore QA and 2 onshore QA. Responsible for QA task allocation and running QA sprint board.
- Plan test schedules and strategies according to project scope and delivery dates and monitors and tracks bug resolutions.
- Handle projects end to end testing and shipping to production on daily basis. Work in tandem with cross team collaboration for keeping all upstream and downstream systems in sync.
- Worked extensively in improving QA process in place with compliance, CICD release process and automation.
- My daily responsibilities include (but not limited to): prepare test plan, conduct bug bashes, prepare test cases based on user stories, functional test execution, regression cycle execution, defect management, production support for multiple releases, cross team coordination, automation using cypress and lead QA work for team.
