-Assist residents overnight with personal hygiene and bodily care including brief changes.

-Remove and replace soiled resident bed linens.
-Assist residents in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using safe lifting and transferring techniques.

-Write shift reports and charting care notes.

-Restock supplies

-Assist client with personal hygiene and bodily care.
-Assist clients in and out of bed, baths and wheelchairs, using safe lifting and transferring techniques.
-Help and/or perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, meal preparation and grocery shopping.
-Provide compassionate care to elderly and disabled clients, adapting to their individual needs and preferences.
-Coordinate medical appointments and errands.
-Report health changes and provided proper documentation to appropriate staff.
