Maintained compliance with state regulations and company policies during transactions. I made sure to work on backstock and made sure if a product was out to replace it. I made sure I kept busy as well as making sure the store looked good.

• I was a server in the dining room for the assistant living/independent residents. I served meals from their breakfast to their dinners and anything in between. I was doing basic janitorial duties around what a kitchen would need and their sanitary needs.

• I am a gas attendant and cashier with great customer service. I got promoted in June 2022, so I was then in charge with handling money in the safe and automatic teller machine for our store along with occasional bank runs. I had keys and passcodes to the automatic teller machine and safe as well. Microsoft experience was greatly taught as well.

• I cleaned and sanitized rooms in between each of our guests’ stay. I attended and fulfilled to the guests’ calls for basic needs and asks for their rooms. I held great communication skills with our guests.

• I was managing our vendors’ booth in the Tulelake location. I was in charge of receiving and counting the inventory for my booth. I was in charge of setting up and taking down my location; from my booth itself to the products. I managed and upsold with great customer service to hit our quota.

• I cashiered, upsold our stores’ merchandise as well as pumped gas for our customers. I would condense, dust, sweep, clear and clean up shelves to ensure a clean successful business day.
