Im 73 years old I have had 4 back surgeries and have diabetes, I cannot climb ladders anymore and limited to physical work, Limited to distance I can walk with use of a cane to get around. 53 years of up and down ladders and hard physical labor is catching up with me. I went to the trouble of getting a Alaska journey electrical license but Alaska wouldn't reciprocate Masters license with Texas
