I would meet the truck driver’s at the dock doors, get the invoices from them as well as the items that were returned.

Check if items are expired or damaged and issue a credit to the restaurants that returned the item.

Last, using my computer I would key each item back to its slot/ location.

• As a LTO (Forklift Operator) I grabbed product from the higher level slots and placed them in the floor level slots to be selected.
• I also changed the battery on the forklifts when needed.
• When someone made a mistake or had a dump in the higher level slots I would go up on the cherry picker and fix it/ recover it following all of the safety guidelines.
• Sometimes I would use the center steer or the swing arm pallet jacks when I was asked to pick cases.
• I trained most of the associates on our shift how to perform on the high reach forklift, the cherry picker, the clamp truck and I showed them how to change the battery on the equipment that needed it making sure they followed all of the company’s safety guidelines while doing so.
• I loaded trailers using an RC lift truck, I had to up stack and wrap pallets after scanning them into the data base. I unloaded trailers as well.
