Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Ensured any fault was cleared within required SLA, escalated faults as required to meet the SLA. • Liaised with suppliers and customers in relation to fault resolution and controlled the repair process. • Managed initial trouble investigation, isolation, and steady state recovery. • Booked out tickets to telco vendors, for further access circuit trouble investigation. • Engaged and cooperated with higher technical teams to expedite fault resolution. • Reported carrier issues to our Access Provider Management team to improve supplier’s support. • Performed basic trouble shooting with JUNIPER and CISCO devices such as routers and cards. • Basic understanding of OSI model and apply principles from Layer 1, 2 and 3 on the practice.
