GERTRUDE (ELIZABETH) DORMINEY-HOLLEY

I worked at The Villages Charter Elementary 4th & 5th Center for 3 years as a 4th grade Teacher Assistant. I graded & filed papers, worked with students in small groups and assisted 3 different teachers with daily activities. Then I took over the iReady Computer Lab Teacher position for 2 years. I managed 6 different classes daily. I tracked the students progress to insure they were making growth and encouraging them to meet their weekly goals. In Feb of 2021, I transferred to The Villages Charter Middle School to be the ESE Teacher Assistant for the 6th - 8th grade testing room. I run the middle school's testing room on a daily basis keeping track of all tests being given. I insuring all of the accommodated students receive their accommodations in a small group setting. I do after school tutoring and help the students who have been absent with their makeup work. I also run the middle school's morning care breakfast in the cafeteria and the afternoon's 6th grade carline. I help with all state testing and make the testing groups for EOY's and FAST testing. I serve as a proctor on all state tests and do the clerical aspects of student services for the testing room students (ESE & 504).
