  • Assist the IT Service Desk team by delivering IT support and excellent customer service to our end users
  • Assist in diagnosing break/fix tickets that come into our ticketing system
  • Provide hands on and remote support for hardware, software and printers
  • Image and deploy new Windows 11 laptops
  • Install, uninstall and upgrade software
  • Onboard new hires and offboard employee exits (network accounts, permissions, equipment, etc)
  • Use MS Teams to chat and call end users, perform screensharing sessions to resolve IT issues remotely

  • Used ticket systems to log problems still needing fixed and problems that were resolved. This same system was also used to keep track of what equipment was loaned out for use

  • Azure Active Directory Cleanup, January 2025, worked with Director of IT Operations to go through list of contractors in AD and note which accounts were still active and which accounts were disabled in AD and to check to see if they had supervisors listed and to add supervisor to any missing to allow Director to reach out to question if contractor still actively worked with the business.
  • Votacall extension and license cleanup, February 2025, worked with Director of IT Operations to search for termed users in AD from list of users with active Votacall licenses to remove licenses from users who were termed which saved the business money. $20 per user with license and extension
