- Ensure compliance with standards of professional practice as well as state and federal regulations related to health care delivery services.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess clinical situations quickly and accurately.
- Perform ECG monitoring, interpretation of cardiac rhythms, immediate reporting of abnormal findings, and provide emergency based care according to ACLS/BLS guidelines.
- Relief Charge Nurse duties including but not limited to staff assignments, task delegation, supervision, problem solving, chart audits, use of Acuity System, etc..
