Manage a case load of pregnant recipients from early pregnancy and follow through delivery and the postpartum period.
Assess recipient needs on a continuous basis by providing education, support and available resources as needed. Develop
trust and repertoire with said recipients in order to help develop safe outcomes for both mother and baby.

As a General Care Coordinator, I screen and enroll recipients based on their medical/psychosocial needs and continously assess for further needs and improvement in health by maintaing contact, providing education and assistance with needed resources. Being able to manage general care cases and provide assistance with needed resources allows for better health outcomes.

• Charge Nurse. Managed primary care for a group of antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum patients. Assisted with making
  schedules, inventory and training new employees.

• Registered nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery care.

• Supervised all clinical employees, made schedules for clinical staff and physicians, performed weekly computer reports,
  maintained inventory and filled in clinically when an employee was absent.
