• Manage 2.7 million dollar property that maintains 99% annual occupancy, 18 acre complex
• Ensure deposits, rental payments are collected timely
• Inspects property to ensure highest standards are maintained
• Conduct reviews of all files with Compliance Specialist before annual state reviews; attend all audits and work cooperatively with all government employees
