As a Remote Sales Representative for FLS Connect I work from home doing fundraising for outside contractors. Working on a dialer system I make hundreds of calls a day for clients collecting funds for various candidates. It is imperative that we follow a script while making sure to make it our own at the same time to intrigue the individual on the phone into listening, while not sounding as if we are reading a script. I very much enjoy this job and excel at it. I have to convince the individual on the phone why it is important they give us their donation, verify their information and go over important legal disclaimers on a recorded and monitored line. While constantly keeping up with emails and communication with management while utilizing the company's computer systems to do so. Working on a goal system to not only receive bonuses but also to ensure the contractors who hire us for their outside sales are making a certain amount of revenue per hour.
