Perform rounds, examine critical gear for functional operations, escort vendors, door maintenance, assist Apple FTEs, communicate with FOC for any discrepancies, conduct PMs and WOs, general service repairs, CRAH media replacement. • Load L beams into machine with bridge crane, perform WOs, select programs into BeamCut, FANUC manual operation, use of pneumatic equipment.
• Assist maintenance supervisor, installation of 120v, 240, 480v, solder copper lines for pneumatic and water, mechanical repairs, troubleshoot electrical equipment, grounds, communicate with operators for any issues, perform WOs, escort vendors, on call, use of fork lift and scissor lifts.

Perform Daily and Monthly rounds on Generators, Cooling Units, Cooling Pumps, examine critical electrical equipment such as UPSs, STSs, PDUs, and AHUs. Escort vendors, conducted Power On Fail Overs for customer equipment. Carry out any emergency maintenance investigations with DCO team. Verified redundancy on power loads. Commission customer RPPs.

• Operated embroidery machine for customer uniforms, completion of customer WOs.
• Received WOs from picking and transported them to machine operators, seamstress. Transported completed WOs to packing.

Grounds walkthrough on student housing property. Conducted WOs for residents, support maintenance supervisor with heavy tasks. Light repair such as toilets, sinks, drywall, appliances, and electrical. Scheduled on-call.
