Carries out and leads technical teams on directives, objectives and communication of the department
Ensures the slot product on the gaming floor is operational

Was a remote technician in Northwest Louisiana, had all casinos, in the area, was responsible for all WAP, and IGT lease games. Work to install new IGT slot machines at area casinos.
Oversee the day to day operation of the Slot Technical Department

Completed New Slot System Install 10/1997. Trained new Slot Technicians. Completed training with Bally Training slot System Bally SDS. Completed training with AutoCad Drawing. Continued to maintain slot information in SDS slot system.
