Devoted to improving literacy levels among early, and often inexperienced, readers and writers, I introduce students to critical reading strategies, principles of rhetoric, and research. Adapting my pedagogical approach to the ever-evolving digital landscape that radically reforms the process through which learners interact with information, I integrate mixed-modal learning materials that reflect the forms familiar to digital platforms into the structures of in-class and homework assignments. This allows me to translate classical rhetorical principles into rhetorical modes and mediums to which they are well adapted; integrating mixed media also allows me to accommodate the diverse intellectual profiles and learning abilities exhibited across learners. Lastly, my work also involves collaborating with the faculty across departments to adapt my curriculum to serve the unique needs of individual students, and the global learning objectives of the university.
With a budget of only $25 per quarter, last year I was able to exploit Meta's Business Suite and Ad Manager analytic and optimization tools to promote user engagement and drive sales in one of the most consumer-bare industries in the national market. Despite growing consumer indifference to literature and falling literacy rates, I was able to use industry-standard content creation best practices to craft creatives that constructed a coherent narrative around the origin and ambitions of the bookshop, fostered a sense of community within the social media environments in which the store is located, and stirred interest within users for literature. Additionally, I was able to leverage Meta's audience segmentation features to expand the store's reach to audiences beyond the initial demographic targeting criteria, expanding the store's influence to global markets with greater consumer interest in literature. Also, I used its analytic features to identify and apply granular details about the audience to advertisement design and messaging strategies, resulting in increasingly more effective ads that promoted greater brand awareness. Finally, through implementing objectives such as "traffic" and "sales," I was able to move users from brand awareness to the prospective and conversion stages of the customer funnel getting books in the hands of often unlikely readers and oiling the engine that bookstore market blasphemers insist simply won't turn over.
With a commitment to improving the efficacy of my client's LLM, my work as an Associate AI Analyst involved conducting performance analyses on search engine and chatbot responses, using stylistic conventions and standards of factuality to measure the extent to which the responses were formally adherent and served the primary intents of users issuing queries.
In an effort to maintain the health of my clients' programmatic marketing campaigns, I set-up, launched, QA'd, and established media planning details for programmatic brand awareness, PCP campaigns for our clients within the pharmaceautical industry. I helped GSK brands reach physcians whose patients needed their pharmaceutical interventions most. Additionally, I corresponded with clients to create and adjust details of programmatic campaign contracts and worked with DSP representatives to purchase digital inventory on our clients' behalf.
As a programmatic and audience analyst, my tasks involved working with campaign pacing and performance data to test, run, and optimize automated advertisements for effective first-party and third-party audience targeting, increase audience reach, and to maximize campaign spend for company ROI. Acquiring our audience data from Informa's tradeshows, I worked with clients across a myriad of industries, perfecting paid media, lead generation, and programmatic B2B campaigns for engineers, manufacturers, and distributors within sectors such as health and wellness, beauty and cosmetics, pharmacy, vitamins and supplementation, construction, and more. With an emphasis on establishing collobarative relationships with our clients, I also compiled wrap report and QBR decks with high-level and granular data points that conveyed the efficacy of targeting and pointed toward areas for improvement. To ensure performance was legible, and therefore actionable, I also attended those meetings to address clients' questions and concerns.
In an effort to define and execute the most efficient strategies for aiding my client, SoLiD, in applying for and acquiring governmental entity approvals while onboarding members of the company's mentorship program and issuing a new modern mobile application, I worked with senior analysts at Accenture on creating a project management proposal, composing a presentation with which to share the proposal with our stakeholders at SoLiD, assigning tasks to and corresponding with mentees and Accenture emplyees according to deadlines, and communicating the progress of each task with SoLiD stakeholders.
